Painting has been my way of encountering parts of myself I once avoided: memories, emotions, and truths that needed space and compassion. Through this process, I have come to believe that even our hardest moments carry the potential to soften us, teach us, and reconnect us to others. Ultimately, this exhibition is about kindness — to ourselves, to others, and to the quiet path of growth life constantly offers. In this stillness, within these painted landscapes of the soul, there is room for healing. There is room for transformation.
